Alzheimer's Association – Colorado Chapter

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support, and research. The Colorado Chapter offers education, support groups, and resources for those living with Alzheimer's and other dementias, as well as their caregivers and families.

Fountain Faith Fellowship (F3 Church)

Fountain Valley Senior Center

The Fountain Valley Senior Center serves adults 55 and older, offering programs, activities, meals, fitness, and social opportunities designed to support independence, health, and connection within the community. Open Monday through Friday.

Fountain Valley YMCA

The Fountain Valley YMCA is a cornerstone of health, wellness, and youth development in the community. Serving families of all ages, the Y offers fitness programs, youth activities, and community initiatives that strengthen the Fountain Valley area.

Gateway Prayer Garden

Gateway Prayer Garden is a peaceful outdoor sanctuary open to the public at no charge, 24 hours a day. The garden offers quiet spaces for prayer, reflection, and meditation, along with a Welcome Center open weekdays. All are welcome regardless of background or belief.

Harvest Time Redeeming Ministries International Outreach

Harvest Time Redeeming Ministries exists to help people experience abundant life by connecting them with God, community, and purpose. Their mission focuses on reaching the lost, training believers, and strengthening families in Fountain and beyond.

Mountain View Electric Association

Founded in 1941, Mountain View Electric Association is a member-owned nonprofit electric cooperative serving a 5,000-square-mile territory across El Paso County and surrounding areas. MVEA is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to the communities it serves.

Rocky Mountain PACE

Rocky Mountain PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides comprehensive, coordinated healthcare and social services for adults age 55 and older. PACE helps seniors with complex care needs continue living safely at home and in the community, serving the Fountain Valley area and surrounding El Paso County.
